Now I really can leave Eli downstairs for like 3 minutes because it really takes 3 minutes to get Grace wrapped up in her crib. Most of the time it take 80-90% time I dont need to go back upstairs. I just have better relationship wiht my 3 year old, because I am not upset, that she’s coming in waking the baby up too. There is really intangble things that you can’t really put a price tag on.

Thank you SOOOO MUCH! I am almost in tears writing this!! We have had a total sleep transformation since implementing your soft and gentle techniques! My daughter has had a few nights of solid sleep since starting your program a couple weeks ago and on nights she is up it is only once, maybe twice.
This is a HUGE improvement from the 5-7 times a night previously. The other bonuses are that she is no longer sleeping with us and does not want a bottle or soother to go to sleep, she just wants her bed and blanky!!!

I would just always hold my baby to sleep because I am anxious about her not getting sleep and it just became a habit because it seemed easier.
